You can try visiting the major car marts, and make your decision
who to go to.
Rule of the thumb is not to go to the PI who offers you a
ridiculously low price. Chances are, they can't deliver the
goods.
Always take your time and walk around and talk to the different
salespeople around. Never settle down and make your buy on the
first shop you go to.
