Alucard101 SG I have seen some ads in Orchard.There might be some in ur community centre and www.srcm.org seems to have a teacher in Jurong.But that's not a physical type like hatha yoga or something. Keep searching.
Selena SG I would recommend the sports council. For the west area, there is the Jurong East Sports council that has hatha yoga level 1. Its about $80 for 12 session. I've been going there for a while and I think its worth it.There are other places, but I think that they are quite expensive.You might want to check out the schedule for the sports council here.
