Question regarding philips diamond vision bulbs...pls advise

I would like to install the philips diamond vision blub on my lancer... any bros care to recommend me where is a good place to install it?Rougly how much the price is? Other brand bulbs also can.. cos budget la heehee Wink

Buy if off shelf & DIY ba..open the cover,pull out the "socket" then take out the bulf(if all vehicle same..)

Note that DV is not LTA-compliant. So far I know Autobacs carry them, and it costs around $80 the last time I’ve checked. Easy to DIY.

which is the halogen bulb tt looks closest 2 HID colour? not those like those beng bluish type...

Seems that I am getting varying reports. Cos a couple of my acquantainces have been caught and fined for DV.

Can't be. I was stopped by ROV 33, 44, 45, 27, 1, 3 throughout the past 6 years. Even hauling back to Lane 8 last time did not help and the DV was cleared.

there are many rumours tt DV is not LTA-compliant, whereas some say it is.

DV colour temperature is 6000k, but LTA limit is 4000k (correct me if i'm wrong)

so which is which...

the irritating ones are the HIDs la..

seriously speaking, cars that come with the auto leveler, i find them more irritating..

anyway.. diamond vision bulbs cost from $79-$85..

i believe depending on ur bulb size as well.. H1,H2 etc..

mine is H7.. bought them for $81

it does make ur visibility better and also things do look nicer as well..

however theoretically, yellow lights in the rain is more visible than white lights..

IMO, they feel the same for me.
