Have u ever blew ur top with ur worker/s?
Not as in they do mistake on the job,
last month 1 "lau jiao" worker got transferred to my site under
my control, then
yesterday during lunch time i overheard him corrupting my own
workers saying all
sorts of nonsense. But i treat my workers very well, blanja them
makan, lots of kopi
time (those in construction line will know that nowadays workers
dun get their
tea-break) and even bring them out drinking) and they're quite
loyal to me..... This
fella say until very shiok even when i'm around also can
continue.... so i pulled him
aside and talked to him in a very nice manner..... then he like
buay song face look
like that..... then today he keep lazing around not doing his
work or purposely do
the wrong thing.... i raised my voice at him.... scurly he
gave me that look like
wanna challenge me like that..... i nearly got sot lor,
was really thinking of
hammering him up... worst to worst dun work lah.... fuck it....
but lucky 1 of my
worker noe my temper and he pulled me aside and cooled me
down.... i noe the
right thing to do is simply report to my HQ and this idiot will
be gone....
So any of u had been in this situation before? Do u count to
10?
