browniebaobao SG there's a kind of toxic chalk duno for bed bugs/cockroaches. juz draw ard ur bed frame or surroundings lor.. then regulary check ur pillows, the zip of the covers, the safety pins if any.. usually they hide in there.. use hot water to kill..

sCreaMoPuNk SG wash your bed sheets every two weeks in warm water and detergent. must hang to dry in the sun also. if it’s due to your mattress, i’ve no idea how lol.
