[email protected] SG there ARE a few things i like to do when im driving. I HAVE to be dead center in the lane if im not changing lanes. I have to be dead center at 50km/h, i have to be dead center at 100km/h. I have to be dead center whether its a straight road or a bend or a sharp bend. And i have to be dead center subconsciously. i cannot be consciously judging the road because i use that for judging traffic etc. and i do that because i can. same goes for always parking to an inch of whatever's behind the parking lot. i do it because i can.

[email protected] SG oh i suppose i could always be a couple of mm off center and still be within the lane. but i like to be dead center. i sure as hell wouldn't be dead if i wasn't. Racing lines are for the track anyways.

casshern SG in singapore context, it doesnt matter, cos when someone beside rev his engine and inch forwards, the strip becomes a track

casshern SG will do, it looks like the line i would follow when i do a bend so my car dun flip over while cornering. but on a straight road the racing line is simply in between the white dotted lines....

[email protected] SG no leh, if the straight is between left and right hand corners, the racing line will have to alternate between them. Racing line and road markings are not synonymous with each other
