Catknight SG Hi guys, Moving to a new flat soon and thinking of discarding the old bed and mattress for a japan futon sleep on floor since flats nowadays getting smaller.Wonder any of you sleep on futons and did it improve your sleep?

OceansWorld SG i'm not sure if futton help to improve sleep. I don't think it is related. If you want to have better sleep. Learn some meditation or yoga. that helps me.
