jogging is only good when there's fresh air
and do so by taking your own time to jog, don't put yourself on
a time limit.
do lots of warm up and cool down exercises before you commence
and end your jogging, else there will be some imact (damage) done
to either your muscules or your joints / bones etc..
it's true that it's good, but i only jog once in a blue moon
when i'm down with blocked nose/fever..
Disclaimer: my practise is not recommended for
none-season joggers/runners whose body aren't tune(used to) jogging
etc.. So don't take my words for real and heed advice from your
nearest doctor for health advices.
