As the first ever DJ that was voted as the #1 in DJ Magazines Top
100 for three successive years, Tiësto was also the first solo DJ
to play to a sell out stadium of over 25,000 people.
Acclaimed as one of the most internationally sought-after producers
and remixers, his legendary six-hour, energetic live sets have
earned him worldwide recognition as one of the worlds foremost and
beloved trance DJs.
Celebrated for his musical fashion of sweeping synthesized sounds,
woven within threads of delicate female vocals, his remix of
Deleriums Silence (featuring Sarah McLachlan) was the first house
track ever broadcasted on daytime radio and spent four weeks in the
UK Top 10 Chart, and remains as a highly influential track of the
progressive dance era.
Fusing the global sounds of house, trance and techno, Tiësto is
undeniably the resident DJ of the World.
