it will be better if you could learn hands-on work.. what i mean
is to play it in real life instead of just readin up the tutorials
to try to understand it all by yourself (although knowing what
pong and kong are is good)
Play it in real life and if you dont know something you can ask
your friends bout it. They should know your new to this and im
sure they will be willing to teach you 
well i learn it this way by askin them questions ('dumb ones'
included) while playing and also through games 
i even showed my friends my tiles last time and asked
them 'like that can game or not?' just casual games
so doesnt matter
