Many things can be cheap but worn in such a way that it's actually
good looking, depends on how you carry yourself. If your type of
cheap is $10 per piece, go to Hang Ten.
If you're gonna dress like a fashionista but have a crap hairstyle,
save yourself the trouble.
No such thing as looking good but cheap.
I have a friend spend $100 to rebond hair, but he doesn't bother
styling it up, end of the day he still looks the same.
