My theory - this whole thing was an elaborate plan set up and
organised, and the car being chased planned to drive towards this
dead end zone. I think there is a second car waiting on the other
side of the fence there with its lights off. So the first car goes
towards the dead end zone and suddenly turns towards the fence as
can be seen in the video, and as you see it just go off screen
momentarily before it 'hits the fence' you see it turn off its
lights. I think at this point, the car on the other side of the
fence turns on its lights and zooms off. This creates the effect
that the car has vanished and appeared on the other side of the
fence half a second later. The original car being chased continues
its turn in the dark without its lights on, and the stunned police
officer will be confused for a few seconds, allowing both cars to
escape.
Make sense? I believe thats the only logical explanation me and my
friends could come up with
