wah so the IC section people at ICA can relax relax for 3 years ah? wait for the 85 kids to turn 15.

if i’m not wrong, the 85 batch was the last to get when they were 12.

Mmm......my sis who's 24 got hers at 12.

It's probably those who're born in 1985 and after that get theirs only at 15.

15 or 16 can't remember. Doesn't look like me in the photograph anymore.... Next time police check might have problems. Neutral
