Is South Africa land of opportunites?

There are mixed signals coming from that country....rich natural resouces but plagued with poverty ,violence and HIV aids but market potential gateway to africa continent..
Seems that there are many sporeans are there doing missionary work and startup business..is it a good opportunity?

Yes. Find a niche market and you’ll be rolling in the dough in the future. But you have to take into account the instability in the region though.

Good thing about south africa is it's english speaking unlike latin america which is spanish and also nearer to singapore..but is the violence and AIDS scare under control..heard the blacks there are killing off the whites and scaring away foreign investments

The problem with SA is that the blacks do not have the economic and cultural might to replace the white minority there so they just went off a killing and plunder spree...rape white women...too..

Everyone think that the problems of racism will be resolved once the colonial power handed the power back to the native majority but it do not seem so in Africa...naive to think that the blacks can take over the influence sphere from the whites that took generations to build up and nurtured.

Native majority need to do some self reflection and stop blaming the minority groups for their problems...australia and america do not have the problems cause their native are in the minority and seem to be well taken care off.
