uncle_abc SG i just turn 21 this year, i am 179 and 72 kg although not very short, i would to ask if anyone knows how can i grow taller by 3 or 4 cm??

Airbus330Captain SG You should be happy with your height. 1.79m is quite tall. I am already happy with my height. It would be even better if I am 8 cm taller to get my 200cm or 2m height.
Deino SG The taller you are the harder you fall...... Like Yao Ming cannot jump high one.....later his ankle break.....besides..... 179 is already above average for Singaporeans leh....
