Keii SG

Got food also complain.

january SG

the moment i look at your thread , i feel like scolding you, not the auntie.

so spoilt. want healthy food , dun eat her stall lah.

T-Kee SG

I assume the "tua geh" you mention is actually bean sprouts.

First of all, when did someone add beansprouts to fried carrot cake. I believe this is the first time you make such a special order. I would agree with the auntie to decline your requst as this may tarnish my business if it does not taste good.

Secondly, you mention about healthy diet. I remember fried kway teow does not belongs to it.

Don't make this type of reddiculous requst and complain again. What would you do if you are the stall owner. Customer is not always right.

laogenjudi SG

WHY you so inconsiderate?? The SAME WOK is used to fry a BIG WOK of cai tao kueh for every customer.

Some people don't like dao geh. What if after doing for you, there are some
dao geh left and the next person gets it???

The auntie was right. She cares for other people, not just you.

Next time bring your own wok.

Chris1988 SG

dunno act what healthy.

the CTK alone is already damn unhealthy.

if you really want the tau gei tt desperately go home cook lor. pluck the head and tail. cleaner also. i believe tt stall bo pluck one.

dangerboi SG

that auntie is afraid that with the addition of those bean sprouts, the overall taste of her dishes would be compromised and when that happens, her business may drop.

Bring your bean sprouts next time when you intend to buy from her. Immediately after purchase, open up the package and add the bean sprouts in front of her. Laughing

applesweetgirl SG

haha..want to eat healthy things yet buy food from fried stall. _“

de_middle SG

hello stooky, anyway this stall the carrot cake is awful Laughing

heavenhell SG

Healthier my butt..you think that just by adding some vegetables to already greazy food... Rolling Eyes

jojobeach SG

The auntie is correct.

Under a special law in Singapore, donch remember which one liao.

The seller must make sure the product sold must look similar to the sample/picture.

If not, the auntie will kenna sue by the customer one.

spike_jose SG

if that is so, then next time i make sure when i buy food, the same things in the peekture must be the same as what goes on my plate, eg. 3prawns must be 3prawns.

anyway, CTK got put tau geh de, some good ones will give, standard price, want or dun wan.

CTK arh? go Lor1 toa payoh can find de, the stall i also ways go for good CTK.

jojobeach SG

Yes, you go library find that book with this special law.
Then you go to hawker with the beautiful peektures.
Then you order the food.
If they don't look as delicious as their peekture.

You WHIP OUT THAT BOOK, and show uncle the paragraph and then tell the uncle " Don't Play play ok ? I sue you !"

jojobeach SG

spike_jose,

You must understand lah.

If those auntie ever goes to business degree course, she will sure gib you all you can eat tau ge to pile on your plate.

Unfortunately, not all hawker auntie knows how to do business de.

So, next time you go and gib her free business lectures.

Because the little bit of tau geh will give her more revenue. Because more customer like yourself will become loyal customer and come back again.

Her stingy way to save a few cents only make her loss more customer, so decrease in revenue...

Like that, once she is educated, she will know what to do when next time you come and order from her lah.
