MooKu SG Is it?! After I asked you, I realized I could google for it, so I did. And on Wikipedia, it says that moderating caffeine intake is one way of managing migraine episodes... Or maybe Wikipedia is not so reliable... Headaches (or migraine) don't really give me much trouble.. When I'm stressed, it's not headaches that usually occur.. so it's ok for me.

I remember there was a day I went to school..the moment I stepped into school, I sensed the symptoms..And so I rushed all the way back home to rest..and I remember that particular attack was the worst..symptoms lasted half an hour and headache lasted 5 hours.. And the next day I thought I was okay already..then it came again! This time it was 3 hours.. Back to back..amazing..and an absolute killer..god..
alleggerita SG And what's worse? My attendence was marked as absent..because I can't possibly go get MC when I'm having my attack..the walk over to the polyclinic is enough to kill me.. Then after my attack has passed, doctors also can't tell I had a migraine earlier on..
alleggerita SG Hmm..but one thing funny though..I always feel euphoric after an attack..I feel more alert..maybe it's due to the brain releasing endorphins to ease the pain..then when the headache is over, there will be a slight overdose of endorphins in the brain..
udontknowme SG library wont take those. there are two things i can do though. put up ads to sell the books cheap or 'sell' it back to the bookstore so that pple taking the class after mi can buy cheaper textbooks. but i like to keep my textbooks. unless i hated the course. but i usually dont choose courses i am not interested in... mookie not sleeping? will u be eating cake tonight...? last night i ate cake. but it was kept in the fridge and wasnt covered properly so it was dry =(
MooKu SG actually, i'm eating a muffin now why won't they take textbooks... i mean, at university level I'm sure those books are proper books that can be used across various disciplines.. no i'm not sleeping yet..
MooKu SG does your attendance affect your grades? maybe you should ask the doctor to give you a letter since he has classified your case as classical migraine...

And no, it wasn't the doctor who classified me as Classical Migraine sufferer..I googled about migraines myself and realized the symptoms that I always have before the attack is 95% similar to symptoms of Classical Migraine sufferers..So I self-classified myself.. Doctors that I've seen so far, none of them referred me to any specialist or hospital..

udontknowme SG what type of muffin...?? i dont really like those crumbly type of muffins...but my school sells really nice chewy-ish muffins actually..... i like reading textbooks! just no maths, no science, no commerce/econs/biz !
