nebys SG Nah actually i'm looking to set this up not to backup my hard disk information. Just a normal website.. Am still interested in on.sg's deal if the xmas deals of 20% discount, double disk space and additional 500 email accounts.. would probably take it up if the deal is still present =)
Hocklez SG Sorry for asking this noob question. I wan to try setting up my own website, with perhaps a blog+ others features. Is it possible? It is easy with the site builder right?
OryonNetworks SG Basically the site builder allows you to build any website. However, if you want a blog, you can go for Wordpress which is very easy to install.
nebys SG haha yeah needed to ask that question too i need to get my site up asap haha. To OryonNetworks: would it be possible for us to communicate via email / instant messenging? would be faster that way, thanks alot! my address is chanqiyu[at]hotmail.com
OryonNetworks SG Hello, the xmas offer has ended and I have replied all the emails and message. However, if you have a current website with a Singapore-based hosting company, we can negotiate if you want to transfer your website to our server. We will see how much discount we can give you after evaluating your website.
OryonNetworks SG The 1st promotion for this year: For all ACRA-registered businesses without a domain, we offer 1 FREE .com.sg/.sg domain name for 1st year for any hosting plan sign up.
Nikar2 SG actually, while American hosting companies offer insane features, if you’re looking for localized support, especially when running a business here, it’s only wise to look for a local webhost, or you’ll be screwed badly.
OryonNetworks SG We are rotating ads to see the ROI. The next one will probably at Digital Life (Straits Times)
alleggerita SG Why this already got sticky, but Jason posted it again as a thread? Orh hor, double post by Jason..
