Please help me to understand this!

Penishead SG

I kept on hearing my neighbor yell "Go wash your pok pok!". I laugh when hearing this word because it sounds so funny. I'm wondering what he refers to? I heard it almost everyday but totally don't understand at all. Anyone mind to clarify what is pok pok?
