The limit is $6 now, iirc. If your debt surpass that limit, you
will not be able to borrow any more book until the debt is cleared.
Previously, it used to be $5, I think.
Don't worry too much about it. I owe NLB $70.40 since years ago.
They stopped sending me letters after about a year the debt was
incurred.
