zun lah.
but usually my urge will come daily juz that dunno when only.
if im too tired, or got meeting, den i resist the urge, it will
come the next day.
So during my training days,
sing mari kita den wan pang sai...beri kang kor. coz our morning
drills last 2 hrs. lol.
