hi I was wondering smth, perhaps someone who knows the law of
playing mahjong at home.
1.) Is it okie to play mahjong at home, just 4 people playing on a
table?
2.) Is there any rule that we cannot play mahjong at home in the
afternoon?
3.) When playing mahjong, there are mahjong noises obviously, if
the neighbours think its noisy, do they have the right to complain?
The fact that its in the afternoon not in the
night.
hope someone can answer me about it, appreciate no stupid comments
