ndmmxiaomayi SG No... but if I work in one... I'm most likely part of them.. because in one way or another, I'm their relative. So my parents always wanted me to go to the public sector... or civil service... So far... my experience is OK... maybe because we are brought strictly. Higher ups say one, those below shut up. Anyway, none of us hold high position... so OK lor. Unless of course we are controlling something, like for me and my cousin, the computers. We have the overall say on how to run them.
933 SG i think maybe it's the culture in the company that is going to make the difference. family own or MNC as long as teh culture there is not indusive then most likely lots of problems. But then again, family own is more towards protecting their own assets from following to others pocket fei shui bu liu wai ren tian ( AKA good stuff will be only for own family).
