MooKu SG WHINY POST! I'm starting to dread Chinese New Year! My mom keeps saying how she's planning the visits during the season so she doesn't have to travel so much in one day or hang around my aunt's house for too long. It all revolves around "tired tired tired tired". We only see some relatives once a year. Our own home is always too quiet because everyone is always scattered everywhere but home. And now there's a chance to get together with these relatives, she just says she'll be tired, tired, TIRED. And when she says she'll be tired, there isn't much I can do about it but I just don't like that attitude. And then my sister and her hubby is going overseas to bi4 nian2. And they're so reluctant to go visit the vital elders upon their return. Bi4 simi pi! You can avoid giving ang pows for one year, but you can't avoid it for life! Bi4 your head. It used to be five of us going around visiting, and now there'll just be my parents and I. Arghghghgh.
