[email protected] SG how small the cockpit opening? and how stiff is the damned CF monocoque chassis? throw in a superlative TC system, mental 20,000 rpm engine, 750+ bhp, 600kg, hardcore drivetrain, 51st centuary aerodynamics etc, and u get a jet fighter for the road.
vincentchean SG softtop. hard top convertable cars tend to be longer. while softtop can be pretty small
storm_freaky13 SG Hard top… dont want people to itchy fingers take pen knife cut the roof. Hard top for better cornering. YES the SL.. omg so sexy.
Midship SG Don't care Hardtop of Soft Top, once driving topless just feels so fcukingreatfunsexypriceless. And if your buying a convertible in Sg, who cares about rigid unless u go on track often. Just watch out for the branches and bird poo.
Anti_AhSiah SG Now, that's better. I saw that coming. Rather than see no brainers giving no brainers one liner with zero substance.
yeehaw SG this is a pretty stupid question...if suay suay the car overturn, obviously the hardtop one has more protection right?
[email protected] SG quite a lot of what i said, can still apply to the hardtop convertible vs softtop convertible debate. and it is true that a hardtop with it's top up and down, chassis rigidity will differ as much as 20%. Afterall, having a hard piece of metal over the top acts much better than an "anti-roll" bar than a piece of canvas. an who are u calling he?
