the accident is roughly like this
my friend was travelling along upper serangoon towards city and the
light is green. the other cars at the opposite direction are
queuing up to turn right or make a u turn. on seeing my friend's
car approaching the junction, the cars stopped for my friend's car
to pass. so my friend thought it was safe to proceed. then suddenly
one lancer make a u turn. my friend braked hard but too late. the
driver of the lancer kept blaming my friend for the accident
so whose fault was it?
