ok, i've got an interesting topic to discuss.
why is it that a relationship between a man and a woman sharing the
same biological father, but different biological mothers is
considered as incestuous?
where as that between a man and a woman sharing the same biological
mother, but different biological fathers is not?
it might be interesting to note that half of our genes derives from
our father's, while the other half derives from our mother's....or,
perhaps, i was wrong about that?
or, maybe, a child's genes always resemble the father's more than
the mother's, since sperm is produced by the father, while the
mother only produces eggs to provide a conducive environment for
the sperm to develope? perhaps, it's the sperm that carries the
bulk of the genes of a child, and not the egg?
is this the correct explanation?
