For minor dents, I suggest you leave it alone or send it to the
workshop to konck out the dent and then respray... should be around
$200...
For your case, the dent is way too big to be knocked out... and
even if it's possible, it wont be nice... there will be visible
marks of the damage... so go get a new bumper lor... won't be cheap
though...
