You need to be a Resident of Singapore ....at least 25 years of age....at least 21 years older than the child..

Am I Eligible to Adopt?

EExpatriates from foreign countries working and living in Singapore are eligible to adopt the babies. However they must obtain an official letter from their respective embassies to show proof that the adopted babies will be given rights of citizenship in their own country.

ermm, i dunno why singles can adopt... maybe.. duwan to get married.. too costly... or got health problems.. cannot get pregnant maybe...
