smartboy4 SG paypal dont have access to check your bank registered info such as address. they ask you put correct name and bank no. because bank will not approve the deposit if they dont telly. anyway use a card is to be charged the $3 for verification otherwise charge where? but if for limited withdrawals which dont need verification, you still need to have a card registered. if not you open paypal gum lan? just to receive money? think so many donate to you ah
smartboy4 SG currently local i know is UOB visa and maybank mastercard is 16. posb GO! mastercard 17 i chiong to open UOB one cos free even the fall below monthly charge doesn't apply cos i think under 21 i heard frm them song ah. for maybank one i going to open the flash debit when my money stable.. that one savings acc need minimum $200 and $18 for applying debit, $2 monthly charge waived if only minimum 2 transactions per month. this one too hiong for me
