Y_Shun SG Seriously, if its me I prefered chalkboard to whiteboard. Chaklboard can do drawings and also use different colours, make the teachings more interesting. Whiteboard, typical teachers only got 3 colours. BLACK, BLUE, RED/GREEN.... so dull.
turbo_drift SG last time my sec sch no air-con, now also dun have. But but, the canteen have air-con wor.
Lorry` SG yah lor last time my sch also like that then when i feel hot i will just walk in and stay awhile
BeRt^.^ SG yah.... last time teacher used to throw chalk duster at someone's head or face then powder all over.... they can't do that with whiteboards

stevephua SG yea.. same here... my sec sch all used to be fans... no special treatment for gradating class or wadsoever.. anyway fan is better wad... imagine aft recess go back class.. cfm 'go meet ah gong play chess' one... its just the nature of man... and maybe like after PE.. how can u endure the sweatness, and walk straight into the air-con room?? u gona feel uncmfortable, and the whole classroom is gona smell like garbage truck...
kengkia SG last time i used tom like AC but nowadays grew weary of them…maybe due to cold whethers….but nowaday i just prefer mother nature(natural wind) while i sleep….
wishboy SG my sch oso got air-con on the 3rd and 4th level classrooms (sec 3 and 4 respectively) BUT!!! only can switch on during MAJOR exams (like O/N lvls) the SEAB (sg exam ass board) just beside my sch paid for the installation of AC in my sch so during/after O/N lvls, the markers/candidates will be allowed to use those classrooms to do their marking/taking exam
SBS3625D SG I prefer a well-ventilated class-room anytime... So much better environment for sleeping.
