As long as the car is within 3 years from its registration, it
can be imported. So technically speaking you can still import a
R34... I think.
I dunno about Skylines in the US, i remembered reading off some
Turbo or Import magazines that mentioned that Skylines and Evos
were recently made legal to bring in, like from last year.
