Pitot SG pulled hamstrings on both legs. i couldnt walk at all. weekly visits to the tui na worked. pain like fark. couldnt even more the legs. once move, it hurts like hell.
Detached SG When I cycled down the some really steep slope, made a sharp left turn... realized it was a drain I was heading to and tried to avoid it by placing my left leg in some awkward position... ended up in the drain with an dislocated knee
