phone. nvm. point is.
i ask the guy, my bro with singtel at least 10 years, why he never
received any Voucher from singtel before? which my bro really never
had received.

he said, oh we only give rebate...........
thn i asked, my bro going to subscribe another singtel line so can
he request for a voucher?
he said only rebate will be given.
