Some people who scratched the stainless steel backing, will just polish & buff it 1mm-2mm and its good as new.

Lighter and more shiny too.

I just bought a skin from www.gelaskins.com and it says on the website that it has patented micro-channels within the adhesive allow for a bubble-free application. Each GelaSkin has an ultra-clear, scratch resistant coating for maximum durability and photo quality finish.

But you have to DIY it yourself. And I'm using a Belkin leather pouch for my ipod touch.

and both comes with a free screen protector. Very Happy

and i heard from somewhere that they're using sapphire glass or something for the touch screen that is scratch-resistant so you don't have to worry about the screen getting scratched.

i dun know exactly where in yishun, u can find that info at hardwarezone.com's forums. Price is abt 30 plus. This is considered cheap already cos if you buy it directly from us its abt 40 plus without even shipping.

Its also one of the best screen protectors out there together with bodyguards.
