when i said this sentence, i intend to mean that in the past, when
there are more standard card users than plat card users, it was
prob easier to get into the call centre, thru the dedicated plat
line. nowadays, since it lowered the min income, more turn to the
hotline and harder to call in liao. how i know? cos my sister is a
plat card owner. at the same time, being a standard card user
currently, i am just looking for a card that gives me more reward
points for my overseas trips/ shopping etc. That doesnt mean i look
down on standard card users rite?
