"IMPORTANT: You MUST read, understand, and agree to abide by our
Photo Submission Terms & Policies before submitting your
photo.
We practise a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards pornography. All
pornography will be deleted and the offending member will be
immediately banned. The logged IP address and time of offense will
be forwarded to the authorities and relevant ISP.
Things that will get you banned without warning:
Posting Pornography.
Profiling photographs as 'suitable for children' when it is obvious
they are not.
Posting photos of men, tranvestites, animals, or other irrelevant
subject matter.
Posting obscene/degrading photos.
Posting slanderous/vulgar/offensive
comments."
"The truth often sounds grating
to the ear".
I pointed out that what is the use of the above policy when the
moderators do not enforce it fully.
Obviously, the moderators were offended by it, and banned
slackingmoderators.
This shows that the moderators do not enforce the above policy
equally. The last sentence of the above policy obviously carries
more weight. Since they created the above policy, they have the
right to define what are offensive comments, even if someone is
pointing out a fact.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell everyone that
sometimes saying the truth can get you into trouble. In such
situations, it seems that unless you are well prepared to "wage the
war", it is best to keep your comments to yourself.
Therefore, I will take the advice of FireIce, and leave. I also
apologise if I had offended anyone in anyway.
Thank you for your time.
Yours faithfully,
slackingmoderators2
