my hairdresser says 'my' flat is worth $730,000
it was reported in the news
of sale of a similar unit
with sea view aso hohoho
and original condition like mine
not much renovation
becos that owner lives with children
left the unti alone as it is for a log time...
but we cannot smell the money as long as we are living here...
