sorry. not actually intending to start a flame war. But I AM
curious as to the actual standards of English in the States. I
mean, like, I wasn't born or raised there, and my english is fairly
readable, so I expect that most people there would have at least
basic grasp of the language... and then again, there is the whole
thing about the multitude of slangs and lingos so.... maybe thats
why their english is less than basic.
