pls lah.. these kind of gi na pi.. once they hear the word
police, they immediately pee in their pants liaoz.
if they really mean business, they would have waited for u outside
r sch/workplace/house.
those kind of 'warning' calls r wat we do during our sec sch ah
beng days.. 
my only advice to u is to file a case with the police.
