No max requirement....

Within Singapore waters I am only allowed to steer a "SZ" registered boat.

"SZ" registered boat is anything that is meant for pleasure purposes.

But the law only applies if the vessels is Singapore registered...

which means.. i can be unlicensed a steer a Panamanian registered boat in singapore waters and they just suck thumb.

my dad last time wan me take becoz he got speedboat….but i lazy to maintain boat sia…..i always dread going to maintaining the boat…...but then again sometimes quite fun
