but i found out that brushing at 45degress towards the teeth is easier

use mouthwash, wait a while, then brush teeth

after some time, teeth gets whiter

use electric toothbrush... brush your teeth correctly always... as long as the toothbrush touches the tooth...

i very lazy...i squirt some toothpaste into my mouth, gulp some water, gurgle everything violently and spew out.
