Darkness_hacker99 SG Say many times already. There is no such things as top 5% or 10% to enter University. It all boils down to your cGPA and maybe your CCA record. Some course in University require interview with you. edit:typo
HyuugaNeji SG I have seen some poly to uni students whose results in uni are very good. I am pretty sure top 5% in GPA can get in most university course (excluding medicine and law)

gigabyte14 SG as for the public ones (NUS, NTU, one more i forgot already) 3.3, try your luck 3.4, should be can >3.5, can go and the interviews are easy to pass.
AdAptAliS SG You can refer to the instructions the university provides on their websites. Go take a look around month of Jan and Feb. The applications should open by then.
