the bursary is meant for needy families (must have a maximum income of dunno how much then can apply) so each time i step up the steps is like tellin everyone im from a "needy family"
unless it's a scholarship that usually comes in thousands of dollars..that would be really glorious to me.. nvrtheless getting few hundred dollars can provide me with like 5~6mths of transport/stationery fees..

Last year my daughter got it, she collected it at Potong Pasir CC but instead of the Potong Pasir MP distributing the awards, they got the loser to do it...

I damn sianz this government for using public funds to promote their party... if PxP scholarship, I no thing say... but MOE awards, they get the general elections loser to do it instead of the elected MP... wah piangz, dishonorable to the max...
