Islam is protected by cult-like restrictions, and repercussion
because it will not tollerate scrutiny.
Its hypocrisy is becoming glaring as the years go by.
It is sustained chiefly by the good graces of the 'non-believers'
in being politically correct.
And also many Muslims are born into Islam, and are trapped by their
community. And fear keep them in.
Islam expects respect through fear.
I think, (remember I
think only) like the USSR, Islam will disintegrate, when
more freedom is allowed. Only the question is when. However there
will be small pockets of faithfuls around the world.
