alleggerita SG Civic 1.8 not bad..quite powerful..had a test drive in it before..and fuel consumption not as bad as everyone thinks la..about the same as a 1.6..If you rich enough to consider Honda Civic 1.8, why not have a look at Ford Focus 1.6? Great car, great handling..

toyota-corolla SG My dad own a 1.8 and he kept complain that is not powerful enough. Fuel consumption well, as you mention not as bad as everything. But as for 1.6, heard from my dad's friends, they said is underpowered and fuel consumption is like buying the car tiger beer.

Let minus out the COE, $38,000 (total value) - $23,036 (COE) = $14,964. Whatelse can we deduct? Because if you compare this amount of money with countires like London, America or South Africa, this car is still seriously overpriced.

toyota-corolla SG The another time he and I went to Malaysia, he's going up a slope witht he speed of 70km/h, and he floor the pedal and yell, faster!!!!! Obviously, the speed did increase and reach a very dangerous speed for that area. This prove that he regret for not speeding when he was young. His first car is a Malaysia registered Ford Laser. I had a good laugh at him for doing that.
noopi SG i have enough cash for a few cars but i am not buying becos that is for my retirement and i dunno if i ever will need to buy a house (ie. a flat) 1.8, 1.6 blah blah blah how much savings you (corolla & pitot) have in the bank? or you have rich parents who are buying the car for you?
Pitot SG why not nice leh? i saw one supra zhnged forester the other day.. for singapore roads ok la, but if anything less than 1.8 litre.. you gonna feel the sting real bad when u drive up north..
