is not stated or is higher than "start price", normally ppl will
Q&A u, bargain for lower price or ask u for best price. then is
up to u to agree on the bargain price or not.
but of cos there are nice buyer too, whereby they will bid.
but if ur starting price is say $100 (eg for an authentic Hermes
bag which cost $2000++), then u will see ppl bidding
