Any potential student wants to share an accomodation in
Melbourne?

As above.
Reason being, the existing terrace houses 3 students. Two of which
is moving out in Jan 2005. I'm moving in to replace one of the
vacancies. So need one more.
The other one place is taken up my poly classmate. Who is already
there since july this year. We are NP's biotech graduate 2002. We
are both fine ppl. As such, we are luking for equally fine
housemates . ie. no strange habits. (However you define that ). We
are luking for studious housemate. Studying same life-sciences
course is a plus (can help out each other). No gender preferences.
Possesing common interest in social basketball is another
plus.
The place is fully furnished, with broadband wiring already
installed. Kitchenaries all got liao... so just move in and good to
go. Location wise is excellent. 5min walk to Univ Melb. Very close
to supermart also. Basketball court just beside too.
Monthly rent is 500. It is the cheapest i think, given it's good
location and fully furnished condition. I'm just luking for a
hsemate to fill the place, else my fren and I will have to pay for
the full rent of 3 persons worth. I don't otherwise benefit from
this ad. This is a seriously cheap and good lobang for student
wanting to go melbourne study this coming semester.(Otherwise I
myself wouldn't personally choose it rite?)
