"never raced or tracked before" is not a full proof way of
determining whether u got urself a good buy anot. more often than
not, its the ppl who track their cars who know better how to take
care of their cars and engines. IMO, there are ppl who never track
but drive off straight from the carpark early in the morning
without warming up their cars. those hurt the engine even
more.
as for ur question, there is a new track coming up in tuas which is
expected to be completed in the next few years. other than that,
the closest track to sg is PG in JB and further towards KL, theres
shah alam and sepang. carpark rallies/sprints are rare these days.
