Manager433 SG A boss who behave like a 'big shot'. Talk and giving out commands like a Chief of Staff. Do you hate or like this way of 'running' the company? I gives an example. One day, a junior manager ( diplomat holder ) went to consult the boss ( former uniform group Ah Sir )about some incompatible spare parts used on a heavy machine. After telling the boss about this problems, the boss's blood pressure shot up because he was the one who sign the invoice Then the boss order this poor manager go and run around the company compound before talking to him again. Guess what next? I still wondering did he really run round the company compound. Such a 'big fark' boss, will you show him respect???
Phoebie SG in my humble opinion, to be a boss firstly need to know / understand issues and things very well, how things run and cannot be too lenient or "haughty" if not.. some staffs won't show respect just my 2 cents
